Deb Dailey, Coach Mentor

Debra Dailey serves as Vice President, for Wellness, Health, and Medical Solutions for Nationwide Better Health, the new brand for FutureHealth®.
Before Nationwide, Debra served as District Director of Health and Wellness for Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland, OH where Ms. Dailey was responsible for providing leadership for a district-wide wellness program, which included three major college campuses consisting of more than 20,000 credit students and 3,000 full-time and part-time employees. While at CCC, Ms. Dailey launched the first employee wellness program, which received several regional and national awards including; the Wellness Councils of America coveted Well Workplace Gold Award; the Best Practices award from the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR); the Governors Healthy Ohioans Healthy Worksite Silver Award.
Ms. Dailey holds a Master degree in Health Promotion and a Bachelors degree in Public Health Education from Central Michigan University. She also has a Bachelors degree in Nursing from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA., and is a registered nurse. Ms. Dailey has over 14 years of experience in the health and wellness field and has developed comprehensive wellness programs in community, worksite and educational settings.
Before Cuyahoga Community College, Ms. Dailey spent 3 years as an occupational health nurse and wellness specialist for Harley-Davidson Motor Company in York, PA. She was responsible for managing the employee wellness program and creating a supportive workplace environment necessary to sustain healthy lifestyles and reduce work related injuries. Ms. Dailey also provided the leadership necessary to successfully transition the Harley-Davidson facility to a smoke free environment.
Ms. Dailey is trained as an Intrinsic Coach® and an Intrinsic Coach® Mentor and has received certification as a Health Promotion Director through the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. Debra has also received certification in health cost management from the National Wellness Institute. She was recently chosen to be a member of the National Health Practitioners Advisory Board for the Wellness Councils of America.
