Deborah Crespo, Coach Mentor
Prior to becoming a Dietitian and Intrinsic Coach®, Deborah graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island with a major in Hospitality Management, and an Associates of Science degree majoring in Recreation and Leisure Management. She then spent over eight years in the food and beverage industry while living in various places in the United States and overseas.
After personally experiencing the effects of stress and unbalance, Deborah realized she needed a change in her health style and began studying natural health, nutrition and wellness. This led her to attend Georgia Southern University to receive a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Nutrition and Food Science. Deborah is a member of eWomen Network™, American Dietetic and Coastal Empire District Dietetic Associations, as well as, Weight Management and Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN) dietetic practice groups.
Deborah believes that her knowledge as a dietitian and continued development as an Intrinsic Coach® can assist others in creating the life they want; while becoming the person they’ve always known existed inside and out.
