Marilee Pfarr, Coach Mentor
Marilee has presented on a wide variety of topics such as balancing work and family, stress management, general nutrition, childcare, fitness, and eating issues. She is currently the Health Promotion Manager at Federated Insurance Companies in Owatonna, MN, where they have a comprehensive health promotion program. Her responsibilities include the design, development and the delivery of the wellness program for all of the employees nationwide at Federated. Marilee has an undergraduate degree in community health from St. Cloud State University.
Since becoming an Intrinsic Coach®, Marilee has recruited other staff members to join her as Intrinsic Coach® professionals so learn more about Intrinsic Coaching® so they can share this new way of “thinking better” with employees wanting to enhance their lives at home, at work, and in the world.
