It’s a natural fit for Advocate Fitness and Worksite Wellness to become trained in Intrinsic Coach u coaching. We want better outcomes for the individuals and clients in which we serve.
In addition to delivering exceptional services, it is very important for Advocate to achieve associate satisfaction. Intrinsic Coaching® is a methodology that does actually elicit best thinking to live a better personal and professional life. It’s a great feeling to be able to encourage and support that aspect in the lives of people we work with and care for every day. To facilitate a process or apply a formula by which ‘good’ can be replicated is very rewarding and awe-inspiring.
Teresa Taylor-Dusharm has been in the preventive health profession for over 20 years. She holds several certifications, including a Health & Fitness Director by the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Intrinsic Coach®. Ms. Taylor-Dusharm, M.S. has served Advocate, a not-for-profit faith-based, values driven health care system, for almost 15 years. Advocate Health Care is the largest health care system in the state of Illinois, consisting of 8 hospitals, 2 children’s hospitals, and nearly 30,000 associates including 4,000 physicians.
